一、环氧树脂绝缘板产品介绍
环氧树脂绝缘板产品是用浸渍纸、棉布、玻璃布、浸渍酚醛、环氧树脂,经烘焙热压而成的硬质板状绝缘材料。环氧酚醛树脂绝缘板具有较高的机械强度、介电性能、耐油性和耐腐蚀性,环氧酚醛树脂绝缘板适用于要求较高的电工机械、电器设备中作绝缘结构件,并可在潮湿环境和变压器中使用,耐热等级为B级。
二、环氧树脂绝缘板产品技术要求
1、环氧树脂绝缘板外观、表面应平整光滑,不允许有杂质和其他明显的缺陷,允许有轻微的擦伤,边缘应切割整齐,端面不得有分层和裂纹。 2、环氧树脂绝缘板尺寸:面积不得小于380×480平方毫米,如需特殊规格,可同供需双方协议生产。其它数据详见机电部标准。 3、环氧树脂绝缘板产品可根用户要求,加工成各种规格板、管、垫、法兰、瓦、等异形件。
